About the Event
Our intention is to create a welcoming and peaceful space in which we introduce participants to activities that may help to relax, educate & re-energise.
Our weekend includes informative workshops, guided yoga, meditation, outdoor activities, stress management methods & plenty of time to relax in the sea-breeze, on the sand or in the hot-tub. Whilst activities are optional, we recommend to immerse in the entire program which has been designed with the various dimensions of holistic wellbeing in mind.
Our rooms and property are designed for maximum tranquility with a small dose of salt therapy, sound therapy & relaxing aromas. The food you will enjoy will consist of mainly plant based, gut healing recipes with organic tea, coffee & snacks provided each day. For the two meals not included in our program, guests can visit one of several local cafes within walking distance, and offering plenty of healthy options on the menu.
By the end of the weekend, participants will not only have had a fun and relaxing experience with like minded people, but most importantly, they will be able to easily identify markers of stress and inbalance in the body and take away tools & skills that may help mitigate & manage these issues in their daily routines - a huge benefit to our quality of life.
